- Eligible occupation, skills assessment, English and points, normally under 45 at invitation. The nomination or family-sponsorship requirements must also be met.

- Evidence supporting all points and the regional nomination or sponsor, alongside health and character records. Comply with regional living, working and study conditions.

A provisional skilled route requiring state nomination or eligible family sponsorship in a designated regional area.

Permanent residence · subclass 191
Normally hold an eligible regional visa for at least three years, comply with its conditions and provide the required three tax-year assessments before a separate subclass 191 application.
- 03
Australian citizenship · residence test
Normally four years of lawful residence immediately before applying, including the final 12 months as a permanent resident. Ordinary absence limits are 12 months in four years and 90 days in the final year, with character and test requirements where applicable.
Neither an invitation nor an investment is citizenship approval. Individual exceptions to the ordinary nationality residence test require separate assessment.
