- Eligibility
- Eligible third-country investors with secure annual income of €50,000, increased by €15,000 for a spouse and €10,000 per dependent child.
- Requirements
- Eligible first-sale housing plus VAT, other qualifying property, an operating company or qualifying fund units. Evidence foreign-source investment transfers, income, criminal record and health cover. Maintain the investment and comply with arrival and absence rules, an absence of two years can end the right.

Residence
Maintain a qualifying residence status and establish actual lawful residence in Cyprus.

Permanent or long-term residence
Investor permanent residence and eligible immigration permits can grant permanent status directly. Other residence categories must meet their own long-term-status conditions.

Cypriot citizenship · ordinary basis
Normally seven cumulative years of lawful residence in the preceding ten years plus the final twelve months continuously (limited absences allowed). Greek B1, civic knowledge, means of support, accommodation, character and intention to remain are required.
Holding a Cyprus residence card while living elsewhere is insufficient. Permanent residence is not a compulsory stage for every nationality applicant.
