Age 18 or over, an eligible third-country nationality and at least €42,000 gross annual income for new applications. Services to Maltese clients or subsidiaries are excluded.
Requirements
Foreign work or client contracts, income evidence, passport, police certificate, health cover and accommodation. Nationality restrictions and background checks apply.

Residency Malta checks eligibility and background, then requests the prescribed accommodation and health-cover documents for final approval.
