An adult with at least three years of permanent residence counted from the permanent-admission decision, a lawful profession, trade or activity and good conduct.

Permanent-admission resolution and residence evidence, identity and civil records, criminal checks and proof of lawful occupation or business. Supply the court’s required references and other supporting evidence.

Nationality if the judicial naturalisation application succeeds, followed by the applicable passport procedure.

Three years is an eligibility threshold, not a guaranteed passport delivery date. Holding an unused residence card or making an investment alone does not satisfy all nationality requirements.
