How does this application work?

Submit the Québec investor application with the intermediary agreement. Follow Québec’s investment and work-permit instructions, then fulfil the required Québec stay. Obtain the Québec selection certificate after satisfying the conditions and submit the separate federal permanent-residence application.

At least CAD2 million lawful net assets, two years’ management experience in the preceding five, an eligible diploma and spoken French at Québec level 7.

Use an authorised financial intermediary for a CAD1 million five-year investment and CAD200,000 contribution. Obtain the work permit and complete 12 months in Québec within two years, including at least six months personally, the spouse may complete the other six. Provide wealth-origin and values-attestation evidence.
