    After permanent admission, establish actual residence and maintain lawful activity and the evidence needed for nationality. Renew the residence identity card when required.

    Paraguayan nationality · 3 years with PR

    The Supreme Court requires at least three years of permanent residence from the admission decision, with adulthood, a lawful profession, trade or activity, good conduct and the required supporting evidence.

Naturalisation is a judicial decision. The residence threshold does not guarantee a passport, and a property investment or residence card alone is insufficient.
