Business and employment, Non-Immigrant B

Long-stay or temporary permission: Maintain the requirements of this Thai visa category. Its validity is not a promise of permanent residence or citizenship. Any later settlement case needs a separate legal basis, qualifying residence record and individual approval.

Prepare the Thai organisation’s sponsorship package and apply for Non-Immigrant B permission. Complete the required work authorisation before working and apply separately for stay extensions.

An eligible business purpose or genuine Thai employment offer and a sponsoring organisation able to supply the required corporate and employment documents.

Passport, invitation or employment letter, company registration and financial information, plus labour approval or work-permit evidence where applicable. A visa alone is not a work permit.

Temporary business permission, with employment permitted only after the required work authorisation is secured.

Business permission does not automatically convert to permanent residence. Any later settlement case needs a separate assessment of the applicable category, residence record and annual application rules.
