- The general short-term permit can be issued for up to two years, with duration and renewal dependent on the accepted purpose and continuing conditions.
- Eligibility
- Applicants need a genuine commercial purpose, lawful entry and the appropriate supporting business or invitation documents. Registering or buying a company is not sufficient by itself.
- Requirements
- Provide passport, address, insurance and purpose-specific commercial evidence. Company records, invitations or counterpart documents must support the actual activity. Any employment or active work needs its own lawful basis.
