Benefits
Initial permission normally lasts up to one year. Eligible extensions with the same employer can reach two years and then three years. The approved role and employer limit the permission.
Eligibility
The employer, role, remuneration and applicable capital and Turkish-employment criteria must be met. Owners and partners are assessed under their specific shareholding and activity conditions.
Requirements
Prepare the employment or corporate file, qualifications and applicable capital, shareholding and staffing evidence. Standard owner criteria and statutory exemptions differ, so company incorporation is not a guarantee of a work permit.
