Work in the sponsored expansion role and bring eligible dependants. This route does not itself lead to settlement.
Eligibility
An eligible sponsored role and normally at least 12 months with the overseas employer, specified high-earner and nationality exceptions apply.
Requirements
Certificate of Sponsorship, employment history and salary of at least £52,500 or the occupation’s going rate, whichever is higher. Maintenance evidence and a TB certificate may also be required.
