An employer-specific, LMIA-exempt work permit for the approved Canadian assignment.
Eligibility
Normally at least one continuous year of equivalent full-time employment with the foreign enterprise during the preceding three years, the companies must have a qualifying relationship and genuine operations.

Corporate ownership and multinational-operation records, employment history, role and specialised-knowledge evidence where relevant, Canadian business plans and the employer’s compliance submission. New offices have additional establishment tests, treaty-based transfers may follow different rules.
