A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Questions, answered.
The application, qualifying conditions and outcome for Poland. Choose a service to see its specific answers.
Does this service lead to residence, settlement or citizenship?
Temporary study residence: Maintain the conditions of the approved residence basis. EU long-term residence normally requires five qualifying years, resources, insurance and Polish-language evidence, with study periods counted at half rate. Citizenship is a separate assessment, not an automatic result of studying or registering a company.
How does this application work?
Assess the institution and course first, then prepare the appropriate entry and residence applications. Covered residence applications use MOS with the applicant’s required identity, signature and biometrics. Maintain enrolment and file before lawful stay expires.
Who is eligible for this route?
Admission to an approved or exempt institution, tuition paid where required, health insurance and sufficient funds for housing, living costs and return travel. Part-time courses and every postgraduate qualification do not automatically qualify.
What documents and financial commitments are required?
Provide the institution’s admission and course documents, payment evidence, passport, insurance, resources and housing costs. Qualification recognition and study-language evidence depend on the case. Visa and residence applications are separate.
What status or rights does this route provide?
The first permit for a first-year student normally lasts 15 months. Subsequent study permits can cover the remaining course plus three months, up to three years. The work-permit exemption depends on eligible full-time studies and lawful stay.
What limitations should I understand?
Admission, a pending residence application and a residence stamp do not by themselves guarantee work rights, travel or re-entry. Course selection and post-arrival assistance are separate services, not a promise of admission or a visa.
