Remote-work authorisation, contracts, resources of at least 200% of SMI plus family additions, and the applicable social-security, health and background evidence. Employees work only for foreign companies, independent professionals may derive no more than 20% of activity from Spanish clients.

Requirements
Business plan and financing evidence, professional background, ENISA assessment and the applicable identity, insurance, means and criminal-record documents. There is no universal statutory minimum investment or job-creation number.
